Long Term Care

When a person can no longer take care of him/herself due to medical reasons, a long term care facility can provide the necessary medical attention and supervision. Long term care facilities provide a place to live as well as always having medical personnel nearby.

There are several different types of long term care facilities to choose from, such as:

-Hospital-Based Skilled Nursing Facilities

-Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

-Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF)

-Custodial Care Facilities (Nursing Homes)

Unfortunately, we have found that often insurance carriers will not honor their promises to pay benefits to policy holders at long term care facilities. When this happens we will pursue your claims against the insurance carrier to include:

1. Bad Faith - Insurance

2. Misrepresentation

3. Consumer Protection Act claims

4. Breach of Contract
